John Torvinen & Caleb Owens
John Torvinen (right) is our business owner and is half of our service technician team. He prides himself in a "Boots on the ground" approach and being in the field "getting it done". Caleb Owens (left) is not only the other half of the service team, but is also John's brother in law, making it a true family business. You will not find a better duo than these two.
John and Caleb work diligently to provide quality, affordable services. They are always willing to share their knowledge and make sure to answer any questions you may have.
John is currently certified as a Grade level II Onsite Waste Water Contractor and Inspector.
Caleb is currently certified as a Grade level II Onsite Waste Water Contractor and Inspector.

These guys were awesome! We needed our septic tank pumped....called on a Friday morning and they were here within a few hours. They were both super nice, friendly and professional. Had our tank done in no time and even suggested some things we could do to prevent problems in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will definitely call them if we need them again!

I can’t remember when I have been more impressed with the professionalism, aptitude of the techs, communication, and service delivery of any company. With a houseful for the holidays, we were panicked when our septic system backed up. We called at nearly 5:00 p.m. thinking we would likely have to leave a message. Our call was answered on the second ring, and an incredibly helpful young woman was able to schedule us before their normal hours the next morning to fit us in. The crew arrived early (7:30 a.m.) and texted us when they were en route. By 9:00 a.m. they were done, having completed an exceptionally thorough job, and sharing tremendous knowledge with us to help us maintain a healthy septic system moving forward. We needed our septic tank pumped (we let it go too long). MidSouth was recommended by our neighbor and they did not disappoint. They managed to get us on their busy schedule within a few days. They sent a reminder text a day ahead and then a text when they were on the way. They showed up on time and did a great job. The driver
was very mindful of the wet lawn (it just rained). They answered our questions and explained each step thoroughly. We were very pleased with their service and will definitely be using them again.
